How to Protect Yourself when Traveling.

Hola!

As the ending of summer is approaching, many decide to travel and visit relatives before school starts.

Of course, this year we have to deal with COVID and prevent ourselves from getting infected.

Therefore, I’ve made a short and simple to follow list showing how to stay protected while traveling. This is just my observation, take what is useful to you.

Numero 1.

Wear your mask. I know, that’s obvious but I suggest using disposable ones so that it can be changed through out the duration of your flight, trip, etc.

Numero 2.

Wear disposable gloves. Once you are settled in your seat, if you feel comfortable you can remove them and let your hands breath a little. I wish there were disposable gloves 🧤 for children, God knows how they love to touch EVERYTHING. (There probably are disposable gloves for children).

Numero 3.

Wear a head wrap. This avoids your hair getting in contact with possible water droplets in the air. And this is most useful when sitting on airplane seats. We rest our heads on the seat and by having your head wrapped is something less to worry about.

Or you know, be creative.

Numero 4. Use long sleeve shirts and long pants.

If possible have a change of clothing before departing the airport (specially if family members are picking you up)

And last but not least, always remember to take you hand sanitiser 3oz bottles. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth. And the cdc stated that “Most viruses and other germs do not spread easily on flights because of how air circulates and is filtered on airplanes.”

Safe Travels Everyone,

M.
